Our Pretoria Wedding Venue: For memories that will last a lifetime… For
unforgettable memories, excellent food and a ‘modern-yet-rustic’
setting, our Pretoria wedding venue at Leribisi Lodge is the place to
promise true and everlasting love. We are situated in the East of
Pretoria (off Garsfontein Drive) on a tranquil 9-hectare rural property
and our wedding facilities include a lovely chapel, reception halls,
gazebo, bridal suite and lapa.
We can cater for wedding
receptions of 50 to 160 guests, and had seen many happy couples saying
“I do” since we opened our doors more than 10 years ago.

your dream day with family and friends in our lovely wedding chapel with
its sturdy weathered stone walls, thatched roof and candle-lit
ambience. Or tie the knot in our quaint gazebo amidst the beautiful
greenery of our spectacular gardens or under a starry Highveld sky.
With
our wide choice of wedding reception venues, we are able to cater for
indoor or outdoor and day or evening weddings. Our reception hall is
your blank canvas to create the wedding of your dreams, be it stylishly
elegant or extravagantly opulent. Our enclosed lapa/boma is ideal for an
outdoor reception in the fresh country air, enjoying the rural
tranquility of our wedding venue.
Our wedding catering is of the
highest standards – delicious South African meals beautifully served
and bound to get your guests reminiscing for days afterwards. We offer a
wide and flexible range of menu options to choose from and dishes could
be combined to create your own menu. If you want something different,
we will go out of our way to provide it – when it comes to wedding
venues, our flexibility is legendary. 
Also
great to know is that we are one of the select Pretoria East wedding
venues with our own overnight accommodation on site for about 50
guests. Our comfortable, yet affordable country-style hotel rooms,
cottages and chalets offer the perfect solution if you have guests from
afar.
As part of our irresistible wedding package, we give
the bride and bride groom free accommodation and a delicious breakfast
(room service if you want) for the wedding night. You are also welcome
to use our bridal suite to get dressed on your wedding day.
Our
lush-green gardens provide the perfect backdrop for wedding pictures.
Imagine roses in bloom, a little fountain or two, ivy snaking up the
chapel’s stone wall, a wooden bench in a secret tropical enclave…
As
one of the established wedding venues around Pretoria, we offer a full
wedding coordination service and could also assist you with planning,
refer you to florists, photographers, bands and DJs, arrange the wedding
cake and wedding gifts and much more. However, if you prefer to do it
yourself, you are welcome and will work in close association with you
and your wedding coordinator or assistant to ensure your special day is
special.

Included in the price: * crockery, cutlery, glassware and a choice of colours from our selection of overlays and white tablecloths
* The set up, service and cleaning done by our professional banqueting staff.

Decoration of the chapel and hall is your own responsibility, if you prefer us to do it, we will provide you with a quote.
Cut Off Time for End of Function
Guests must vacate the venue by 24h00.
Children
50%
of the adult menu price will be charged for children under the age of
10 years, and no charge is levied for children under 6 years.
Entertainment facilities
The use of the pool and the pool area is at own risk.
Function co-ordination Service
We
offer an additional service in respect of your function which will
take on the co-ordination, booking and liaison with the following
essential services:

* Organist
* Florist
* Minister
* Gifts for wedding guests
Bar Requirements
Our
fully licensed cash bar facility is available at all times, and will
be run according to your requirements. Good estate wines is also
available at reasonable prices.
All your liquor needs i.e. table
wines, sparkling wines and or juices as well as sherry / liqueur for
the foyer can be catered for. A coffee and tea table can also be
arranged.
The bar will be closed at 24h00.
Service Charge
Food bills are subject to a 10% service charge which serves as a staff gratuity.
Waiters are provided. In case of a sit-down meal per hour, per waiter fee for the duration of the meal.
Cancellation
Bookings
are only confirmed when a deposit of 50% is paid within 14 days of the
provisional booking. Final arrangements are required 14 days prior to
the wedding date. Deposits are only refundable if the cancellation is
made 60 days before the function date.

General information
1. All breakfast weddings must have vacated the venue by 14h00 p.m.
2. As we are a licensed establishment, all liquor must be purchased from us.
3.
Guest numbers must be finalised 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Deposits
are only refundable if cancellations are made 60 days prior to
function date.
4. No confetti is allowed. Streamers or rose petals can be used.
5. All prices are subject to change. Current prices valid until 31 December 2006.
