lovely, lasting memories, excellent food and a ‘modern-yet-rustic’
setting, Leribisi Lodge is the place to host your corporate, yearend or
private function. Situated at Leribisi Lodge in Pretoria East (off
Garsfontein Drive) on a tranquil 9-hectare rural property, we offer a
selection of private function venues and a full function co-ordination
service.
Our function venue has capacity for up to 160 guests and we also cater for small groups.
With
our wide choice of function venues, we are able to cater for indoor and
outdoor functions as well as day, night or even sleepover events. Over
the past 10 years we have catered for a wide variety of functions,
inlcuding: - yearend functions - formal and black-tie events -
informal corporate functions, with themes varying from hobo parties,
tropical island beach parties, halloween nights, chinese stirfry
functions, cowboy & crooks bashes, pizza parties, christmas
get-togethers and many, many more - birthday parties for all ages – from 2 to 92 plus - family reunuions & school reunions - award and prize-giving events - garden picnics - christenings - high teas - kitchen teas & stork parties - boere braais & spitbraais
We
are also one of the few Pretoria function venues that offers recreation
days as part of our package. Some of our recreation options include
archery, slingshot (‘kettie’) or paintball shooting, laser clay pigeon
shooting, a 4x4 training track and quad-bike fun rides.
Our
lovely gardens provide the perfect backdrop for any function, with
lovely opportunities for photographs to capture your special function or
party forever. And what a better way to share stories than around the
bonfire in our Lapa/boma …
Accommodation is available for up to
50 people or more (sharing) and group bookings are offered at special
rates, making it a great venue for reunions and school functions.

a full events coordination service – from food to flowers,
entertainment, decoration, accommodation and recreation, our Pretoria
function venue at Leribisi Lodge is your logical choice for your next

Decoration of the chapel and hall is your own responsibility, if you prefer us to do it, we will provide you with a quote.
Cut Off Time for End of Function
Guests must vacate the venue by 24h00.
Children
50%
of the adult menu price will be charged for children under the age of
10 years, and no charge is levied for children under 6 years.
Entertainment facilities
The use of the pool and the pool area is at own risk.
Function co-ordination Service
We
offer an additional service in respect of your function which will take
on the co-ordination, booking and liaison with the following essential
services:
* Videographer * Photographer * Musician/ Disco * Wedding cakes * Organist * Florist * Minister * Gifts for wedding guests
Bar Requirements
Our
fully licensed cash bar facility is available at all times, and will be
run according to your requirements. Good estate wines is also available
at reasonable prices.
All your liquor needs i.e. table wines,
sparkling wines and or juices as well as sherry / liqueur for the foyer
can be catered for. A coffee and tea table can also be arranged.
The bar will be closed at 24h00.
Service Charge
Food bills are subject to a 10% service charge which serves as a staff gratuity.
Waiters are provided. In case of a sit-down meal per hour, per waiter fee for the duration of the meal.
Cancellation
Bookings
are only confirmed when a deposit of 50% is paid within 14 days of the
provisional booking. Final arrangements are required 14 days prior to
the wedding date. Deposits are only refundable if the cancellation is
made 60 days before the function date.

General information
1. All breakfast weddings must have vacated the venue by 14h00 p.m. 2. As we are a licensed establishment, all liquor must be purchased from us. 3.
Guest numbers must be finalised 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Deposits
are only refundable if cancellations are made 60 days prior to function
date. 4. No confetti is allowed. Streamers or rose petals can be used. 5. All prices are subject to change. Current prices valid until 31 December 2006.
