Leribisi Lodge we have set ourselves a challenge: to become your
preferred Pretoria conference venue. This is our yardstick for
measuring our conferencing facilities and the quality of our service –
for every conference, every day.
Situated at the heart of a
9-hectare property off Garsfontein Drive in Pretoria East, our
conference venue offers you the tranquil environment required to focus
on the task at hand, without distractions.
We offer a selection
of conference rooms and halls, all conveniently separate to ensure each
group’s privacy with some space left to stretch your legs!
Our
boardroom, situated in a quiet, secluded corner, is the ideal venue for
groups from 2 to 12 delegates, while our main conference hall could
accommodate up to 150 delegates (depending on seating style). Two
additional conference halls comfortably accommodate small to mid-size
groups of 10 to 40 and 20 to 80 delegates alternatively.
All our
conference venues are equipped with air-conditioning and we have a
generator as back-up in case of power failures. Standard conference
equipment is part of our package and we can arrange additional
audio-visual equipment when required. Delegates are also supplied – as
standard - with a pen, a Leribisi Folder for their conference notes and
documents as well as Leribisi bottled water.
The Leribisi Lapa is a popular conference venue for more informal meetings with a seating capacity of up to 70 delegates.
Our
flexibility in terms of adapting to our clients’ needs are legendary.
Any of our conference rooms could be set-up in the seating style (e.g.
U-shape, banqueting, schoolroom, cinema-style or ‘other’) you require,
and when it comes to breaks and meals, we adapt to your programme, even
if it changes during on the day.
Delicious buffet-style meals
(like mum makes it!) are normally provided, but we are willing to cater
to your specific menu requirements and we love to braai!
We have
overnight accommodation for up to 54 delegates sharing or 27 single at
our conference venue and could arrange additional accommodation at
nearby guesthouses of the same standard. We believe in relaxed comfort
and 3-star rated rooms each has an en-suite bathroom/shower and toilet.
For active delegates we have a swimming pool, beach volleyball court,
and pool table and we could arrange group activities, including archery
shooting and fun quad-bike drives. Or after a hard day’s conferencing,
you could simply enjoy the sun setting from our patio, stroll in the
gardens or sip cocktails and catch up with colleagues in our pub. To
